Upload a stack of supplier invoices or receipts, as PDFs or phone photos. TallyThis types every line into Excel for you, flags any supplier that raised a price, and catches duplicate invoices. No subscription. No typing.

PDFs, scans or phone photos from any supplier: parts, supplies, food, services. Last month's stack works best.
Each line is checked: quantity × price must match the line, and the lines must add up to the printed total. If it doesn't add up, we flag it instead of guessing.
Excel (Invoices, Line Items, Price Changes, Needs Review), CSV, and a QuickBooks bill-import file.
Same supplier, same item, same unit: TallyThis lists every price change with the old and new price, the % change, and the extra dollars on that invoice. If a supplier switches from per-case to per-pound billing, we say "unit changed: check" rather than raising a false alarm.
The same invoice number twice, or the same supplier and total within a week, gets flagged before you pay it twice. So does any invoice whose lines don't add up to the total it asks you to pay.
1 credit = 1 invoice or receipt up to 5 pages. One-time packs, no subscription. Files we can't read are refunded automatically.

What happens to my invoices?
Uploaded files are deleted as soon as they've been read, and never kept more than an hour. The extracted spreadsheet data is deleted after 7 days. If you turn on price history, we keep only item names, units and prices (not your files) so the next batch can be compared, and you can delete it anytime.
How accurate is it?
In our tests on real supplier invoices, over 99% of line dollar amounts and every invoice total were read correctly. It isn't perfect: item names and unit prices are sometimes off, especially on smudged photos or catch-weight items. Anything that doesn't reconcile to the printed totals lands on the Needs Review sheet, highlighted in yellow. Always check flagged rows against the original.
Does the QuickBooks file work with my plan?
QuickBooks Online's bill import (Settings → Import data → Bills) is available on QuickBooks Online Advanced in the US, and on Essentials, Plus and Advanced in some other regions. On other US plans, use the Excel or CSV file instead. You'll pick the expense account used for every line.
Which suppliers does it work with?
Any typed or printed invoice or receipt in English: distributors, parts stores, contractors, office supply, wholesale clubs. Handwritten invoices are hit-or-miss and get flagged when they don't add up.
