TallyThis is a service of PaperChore. It reads invoices and receipts you upload and produces spreadsheets, a QuickBooks bill-import file and a price-change and duplicate report using automated (AI) extraction and arithmetic checks.
Check before you rely on it. Output can contain errors. Invoices that don't reconcile to their printed totals are flagged, but a flag-free result is not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing results against the original documents before paying, booking or importing anything, and for what you import into your accounting software. TallyThis does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your content. Only upload documents you have the right to process. Don't upload documents containing full card numbers, bank credentials or government ID numbers. You keep all rights to your documents and data; you give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
Credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs, never expire and have no cash value. 1 credit covers 1 file up to 5 pages; longer files use 1 credit per 5 pages. Files we can't read are refunded automatically. Deleting results doesn't affect your credits.
Fair use. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive use. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
