What you upload. Invoice and receipt files are stored privately on our server only while they're being read and are deleted immediately afterward. A cleanup job deletes any upload older than 1 hour no matter what.
What we extract. The extracted data (suppliers, invoice numbers, dates, line items, totals) is kept so you can view and download your results, and is deleted automatically after 7 days. You can delete it sooner from the results page or your account.
Price history (opt-in, off by default). If you turn it on, we keep only supplier names, item codes and descriptions, units, prices, invoice numbers and dates from your invoices, never the files, so future uploads can be compared. Turn it off anytime and it's deleted.
Processors. Page images and text are sent to our AI provider (xAI) to be read, under its API terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card. If you sign in by email, we store your email address to send sign-in links.
What we don't do. We don't sell your data, use your documents for advertising, or put document contents in our logs. Our analytics are aggregate daily page counts with no IP addresses or tracking cookies (a first-party "src" cookie remembers which link you came from for 30 days).
